Today in the refrigerator we have some ham, egg and cheese breakfast buns, some bacon egg and cheese breakfast buns, baked ziti with Italian sausage, a few cannoli cakes, vegan chocolate cupcakes, and macarons. I’m making stuffed peppers (green, yellow and orange peppers!) and they will be done by 1:30. I’m also going to make cream of chicken and rice soup that will be ready by 3:00.
