We post what’s available every day here and on our Facebook page.  You can also sign up for daily text alerts to get what’s available straight to your phone. Items are available while supplies last, and what you see listed on previous days may not be available today.

Just a reminder that the pickup days and times for items that were ordered for Valentine’s Day are shown above the items on the online ordering site. All Frau Crust items are for pickup on Sunday from 7-11am, all other items are available today after 12pm.

Lots of good stuff available in the refrigerator! Pasta with Italian Sausage, sweet peppers and roasted tomato sauce, BLT Caesar Salad, Pasta with Gorgonzola Cream sauce, Baked Chicken Parm, Baked Ziti with Italian Sausage. We also have lots of dessert items! 6” chicken pot pies are back in stock ($9) and there are two 9” pies available as well ($22). Frau Crust has chicken salad for pretzel sandwiches so stop in between 6-11am to see her!

CHICKEN SALAD DAY!
There are 25 containers of chicken salad in the refrigerator for tomorrow, and Frau Crust has her own separate stash to use for chicken salad pretzel sandwiches! Stop in and grab one and a nutcorner from 6-11am!
Tomorrow we will also be making our 6” chicken pot pies with all butter crust! They will be ready by 4pm!
In the refrigerator we have some handmade gnocchi with Gorgonzola cream sauce, pasta with Gorgonzola cream sauce, baked ziti with Italian sausage, loaded potato soup, beef barley soup, baked chicken parmigiana, vegan lasagna, cheesecake jars, cinnamon rolls, tomato and fennel soup, and some cinnamon honey butter.

IN THE FREEZER
Chicken soup with cheese tortellini, pumpkin soup, cauliflower soup, white chicken chili, Tuscan white bean soup, chicken fajita soup, sweet & sour chicken soup, chicken tetrazzini with mushrooms, breakfast casserole, Italian sausage with peppers onions and potatoes, cheesecakes, ice cream pints and some cookie/donut ice cream sandwiches!

For Tuesday in the refrigerator we have baked ziti with Italian sausage, baked chicken parmigiana, deviled egg salad, roasted tomato and fennel soup, loaded potato soup, beef and barley soup, vegan lasagna, GF vegan brownies, organic berry quinoa salad, mint parsley detox salad, steak fajitas, strawberry tahini overnight oats, cinnamon rolls, Oreo balls and peanut butter balls. Spritz cookies are on the shelf along with local honey.

Tuscan white bean soup, chicken and dumpling soup, sweet and sour chicken soup, chicken soup with cheese tortellini, pumpkin soup, chicken fajita soup, cauliflower soup, white chicken chili, 2 more cream of chicken and rice soup, cheese rigatoni pie, salsa beef taquitos, Italian sausage with peppers onions and potatoes, chicken tetrazzini, 1 lasagna, 1 meatloaf, 1 joyful baker chicken pot pie, hash brown breakfast casserole, cheesecakes, pints of ice cream and ice cream cookie/donut sandwiches. It’s cold and snowing AGAIN and today we have some beef barley and loaded potato soup in the refrigerator along with steak fajitas, vegan lasagna, mint parsley detox salad, gluten free vegan brownies, strawberry tahini overnight oats, organic berry quinoa salad, cinnamon rolls, peanut butter balls and Oreo balls.

Stuffed peppers, chicken tetrazzini, baked ziti with Italian sausage, creamy spinach artichoke dip, Joyful Baker chicken pot pies, vegetable bolognese over pasta, lasagna, white chicken chili, Tuscan white bean soup, cream of chicken rice soup, cauliflower soup, pumpkin soup, chicken fajita soup, chicken soup with cheese tortellini, cheesy rigatoni pie, salsa beef taquitos, tater tot casserole, Italian sausage with peppers onions and potatoes, sweet and sour chicken soup, chicken and dumpling soup, hash brown breakfast casserole, cheesecakes, and ice cream cookie/donut sandwiches. There are 22 containers in the refrigerator and Frau Crust will be making chicken salad pretzel sandwiches from 6-11am!

In the freezer
There are still chicken pot pies from the Joyful Baker, a few of the single serving pies, some Tuscan white bean soup, pumpkin soup, green chicken chili, chicken fajita soup, sweet & sour chicken soup, Cremini and chard stuffed shells, pasta with vegetable Bolognese sauce, beef stroganoff, hash brown breakfast casserole, some cheesecakes and pints of ice cream. Open 6am-6pm!

Great news!

We all received our test results about ten minutes ago, we’re all negative!

In the refrigerator we have baked ziti with Italian sausage, chicken tetrazzini, stuffed green peppers, some vegan potato salad and vegan cookie dough bites. In the freezer we have chicken pot pies (large and small), cream of chicken and rice soup, pumpkin soup, chicken fajita soup, green chicken chili, Tuscan white bean soup, meatloaf, grilled steak, white chicken chili, lasagna, ham egg and cheese breakfast buns, sweet & sour chicken soup, Italian sausage with peppers and potatoes, hash brown breakfast casserole, cheesecakes and pints of ice cream!

Long but important post
I’m sorry to inform everyone that the storefront will be closed for a bit. Tonight I received a message from Anni and Florian that they were not feeling well, chills, body aches and cough. Out of an abundance of caution and for everyone’s safety, we are closing the kitchen to our customers in the event this is a case of Covid. This may be the flu, as Germany has put some very strict rules in place to deal with Covid, and Anni and Florian went home to Germany over Christmas where they were both tested. Each of them had a rapid test and a pcr test (the more accurate test). Their rapid tests came back negative but Anni had a positive pcr test. So they quarantined for two weeks in Germany. After quarantine they returned to the kitchen on 1/18. So we are having everyone at the kitchen who has come into contact with Anni and Florian recently to get tested. Anni and Florian will also be tested and if we all come back negative, we can open again. If not, then you know the rest! I will keep everyone updated but for now, the storefront will unfortunately be closed. We are lucky enough to have two completely separate kitchens, so some people who work in the other kitchen have had no contact with those of us who have. Three of those businesses, We Make You Bake, Eat2bFit and Plant Bellies Vegan Catering, have made food or will be making food for sale over the next few days. I will be posting a list of vegan items with prices that will be available if you’d like to order directly from Plant Bellies and arrange a curbside pickup from the other kitchen. Eat2bFit is planning a pop up for the Super Bowl on Sunday with birria pizzas and nachos, so orders will be taken this week if you’d like to order.
I’m really sorry for any inconvenience this week, but we’d really rather make sure all of our customers stay safe.

We still have some individual chicken pot pies and one 5-6 serving size, some pasta with vegetable bolognese sauce, beef stroganoff, baked ziti with Italian sausage, chicken tetrazzini, meatloaf, grilled steak, Tuscan white bean soup, three apple chickpea salad vegan sandwiches, one raw vegan “tuna salad”, some slices of vegan chocolate cake, and some spinach artichoke dip. I’m making a batch of cream of chicken and rice soup and that will be ready by 3:00. Open until 6pm!
