Today in the refrigerator we have stuffed cabbage rolls, chicken and cheese enchiladas, unstuffed cabbage roll soup, chicken and penne in Parmesan tomato cream sauce, meatballs and marinara sauce, cream of broccoli cheddar soup, pesto pasta salad, 1 lb containers steak fajita filling, 28 containers of chicken salad, and the following from Plant Bellies Vegan Catering: chickpea cucumber salad, carrot cake protein bars, coconut cookies, vegan chocolate cake, peanut butter energy bites, mint parsley detox salad, almond butter walnut sweet potatoes, white bean Caesar salad, and one spinach leek banitsa meal with mint parsley detox salad. Working on stuffed peppers that will be done by 2pm!
