Today in the refrigerator we have stuffed shells with ricotta mozzarella and Parmesan, stuffed red peppers, baked ziti with Italian sausage, steak fajita filling, Salisbury steak with veggies, cucumber ranch pasta salad, gluten free pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, pumpkin pie oat cups, raspberry oat cups, jalapeño popper chicken salad, Caesar chicken wraps, Buffalo chicken wraps, Hawaiian bbq chicken wraps, Kung pao chicken with white rice, chicken Alfredo with broccoli, bell pepper and onions, pumpkin roll slices, cinnamon rolls, pumpkin cinnamon rolls, blueberry streusel muffins, mini banana bread loaves, maple snickerdoodles, pumpkin streusel bread mini loaves, and oatmeal cream pies. Working on key lime pies and chicken enchiladas which will be ready by 2:30!
