We’re looking for a few good people to join us in bringing Pete’s Public House to life! We need some kitchen help! This is NOT your average kitchen worker position. In this job, you’ll learn your way around our new kitchen, help prep all of the items on our menu, learn how to make some amazing pizza (among other things) and meet a LOT of interesting people 😆 We believe in making sure everyone on our team is taken care of, is happy, and actually likes where they work and the people they work with. Basic duties: prepping all veggies for salads, soups, pizza toppings, making soups, salads, sandwiches, pizzas and pastas, sauces, helping keep track of orders from the pub and call ins, helping to clean up when needed and occasionally talking to customers on the phone or in person. You’ll get to eat for free while you’re working, and you’ll get discounts on food for you and your family. We know people have lives and families and that work isn’t the most important thing in the world. We are flexible and accommodating and we like to like our jobs too. We have a daytime shift (9/10am-3/4pm) and an evening shift (3/4pm-8/9pm). We are still working on getting the bar and kitchen ready to open, and we are hoping to be open by early September. Once you join our team, you’ll need to get a food handler certification, and we will pay for that if you don’t already have one. If this sounds good to you, get in touch! We are going to be open 6 days a week (you don’t have to work all 6 unless you want to!) closed on Tuesdays. We are planning on doing a lot of good in the community, and need people like you to help!
