The Hive is a shared commercial kitchen space available to rent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The 1200 square foot facility has stations for cooking, baking, prep, storage and a storefront available to our customers.

- Food warming cabinet (If not in use, priority goes to Cooking Station 1)
If no one is using cooking station 3, cookin station 1, 2 or baking station may use these appliances.

- Double full size electric convection oven

- 20 Qt Hobart Mixer
- 1 rolling sheet pan rack
- Sheet pans (Full size and half size)
Shared Use for Cooking & Baking Stations
- 3 compartment warewashing sink
- 1 compartment prep sink
- Microwave
- Deli slicer
- Food processor
- Mop sink & janitorial supplies for cleaning
Available to rent at additional cost
- Cambro insulated food transport containers ($20 + $100 FULLY REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT)
- Monthly dry storage ($25/month per shelf)
- Monthly refrigerator/freezer storage ($30/month per shelf)
Pop-Up Restaurant/Storefront (12 hours): $200/day (Weekly rate available)
- Cooking or Baking Station (or combination of these, stations being used must be booked so others can see what equipment is still rentable that day)
- Rental of front retail space to use as your own
- Advertisement of the Hive Facebook page and website for one week prior to rental publicizing your pop-up business
- Window poster with your company name/logo
$200 deposit for the pop-up store is fully refundable at the end of your time if everything is cleaned and in the same working condition as it was prior to rental.
Complete exclusive rental of kitchen and storefront (24 hours): $350/day (Weekly rate available)
- Complete use of all kitchen equipment and appliances
- Complete use of storefront
IMPORTANT!
Anyone using the kitchen for catering, food truck, pop-up store, exclusive kitchen rental, or preparing food to be sold to the public MUST have a liability insurance policy. The Hive Creative Kitchen must be added as an additional covered while you are a subscriber.
You or someone you employ who is present in the kitchen with you at all times must be a certified food protection manager. Certification information can be found here.
